Senator Sharp, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
Finance Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                      
NO. 458(RLS) An Act relating to establishing a golf course                     
alcoholic beverage license to allow sales of beer and wine; extending          
the termination date of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; and              
providing for an effective date. Without objection, the bill was               
referred to the Rules Committee.
